All orders accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:
Production is commenced when Medieval Livery is in receipt of a 20 %
deposit for goods.
The acceptance of any order is solely at the discretion of ourselves.
Payment and delivery
Prices do not include postage and packing, which is charged at the
current rate when posted. Postage used is via My Hermes or Royal Mail
which ever is the cheaper for your item at the time of postage.
I currently accept payment by PayPal, personal cheque is only by prior
agreement (If a cheque is returned unpaid by my bank, the full cost
involved will be passed on to the customer -bank charges, etc)., and in
cash (in person only –if items are being delivered to an event).
All goods remain the property of Medieval Livery until full payment
has been received.
Completion dates are estimated and may be subject to change. I try to
allow extra time when giving a date and therefore your item may be ready
earlier. If this is the case and payment is made earlier then your item
will be dispatched earlier although you will still have until the original
given date for payment to be made should you wish to wait.
Cancellations and Returns
Should we have to cancel an order for any reason, the deposit received
will be refunded in full. If you cancel an order once the item is started
I will not refund the deposit.
I will not accept returns, therefore please ensure measurements,
colours, materials are correct at the time of ordering.
